What is MeetCaps?

Do bots join my calls?
No. The Chrome extension captures Google Meet and Zoom calls directly from your browser, so nothing visibly joins the meeting. You can also upload recordings or record live in the browser.
What can I upload?
Audio and video files (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4) up to 500 MB, or plain text transcripts. Drag and drop is supported, and recordings recover automatically if your connection drops.
How accurate are the transcripts?
Transcripts include automatic speaker separation and confidence flags. Uncertain words are highlighted so you can review and fix them in seconds before running analysis.
What does the AI actually extract?
It adapts to the meeting type. Sales calls surface budget, authority, need, timeline, and objections. Interviews become skill scorecards. Discovery calls produce user stories, decisions, risks, and blockers — plus action items with owners and deadlines.
